This is our church in Amparo, Pavia. We have been existing in this very depressed area since 2001. Our church provides the following ministries to this community: (1) A regular Sunday Service, (2) Discipleship Class, (3) Prayer Meeting, (4) Feeding Program for Children, (5) Home Visitations and Counseling, (6) Occasional Medical Mission, (7) Occasional Livelihood Programs, and (8) some Benevolence Work (such as financial assistance, etc.). All of our members here are living below the poverty line where regular work or good paying regular work is rare. The average weekly giving is less than $1.50. The main church (Living Rock City) takes care of the Pastor's salary and Worker's Allowance (as it does all our other churches).
Our church building here was donated by a church member about five years ago and is currently in a very bad state (as you can see from the photos below). We need help in fixing our church structure before the rainy season begins (around the end of May). If you find it in your heart to help, please let us know soon. You can email us at jlrcm@yahoo.com. Thank you very much and God bless you and keep you in the hollow of His hand.
